Microsoft MVP Summit 2012: Reports from MrExcel in Redmond, Volume 1

It’s the first full day at the Microsoft MVP Summit 2012, in Redmond, Washington today. And with so much to do and so many folks to meet up with, MrExcel is learning all sorts of new things. So far today, Bill has reported the following:

“At 07:30 am PST Dick Kusleika [from ‘Daily Dose of Excel‘] has taught me how to switch my iPhone Maps over to to the ‘walking view’ “

He has also mentioned that folks should, “Browse for great Excel books at MrExcel.com

Later today, Bill caught up with none other than Mike “ExcelisFun” Girvin over at Highline College…

…on the way the MVPs from the Summit decided to have an unscheduled Road Rally and Race to the Redmond Exit Ramp…or this was just a bit of ‘Post-Seattle Rushhour’ madness… it’s really hard to tell.

Bill is becoming concerned about the lack of bookshelves in Mike’s office after finding Mike’s “Overflow” bookshelf.

With an intensity that only an Excel Guru could understand, we find Mike ‘ExcelisFun’ Girvin whipping up yet another marvel of ‘Excel-lence‘ at his computer.
